Learn the Teachings that Guide Falun Dafa Practice
Reading the Falun Dafa teachings is the most important part of practicing Falun Dafa. The
founder of Falun Dafa, Mr. Li, states:
"There needs to be a moral component, or Way, to the teaching. And that is what I will provide.
We will teach the deeper workings of spiritual practice in great detail, and this will be what
makes your spiritual growth possible.… You also need to understand the principles for
cultivation at high levels. That is what this book will address."
Falun Gong
Falun Gong is the introductory book to Falun Dafa spiritual practice. It outlines the
practice's principles for the mind and mechanics behind the exercises. It contains detailed
explanations with step-by-step graphical illustrations on how to do the exercises.
The book also has a section on frequently asked questions and answers. Since many teachings
are built upon the fundamentals mentioned in Falun Gong, we often recommend beginners to
start with this volume before moving on to other Falun Dafa books.
Zhuan Falun, or "Turning the Law Wheel," is the main book of Falun Dafa's teachings that
guide practitioners throughout their cultivation journey. It is the book that experienced
practitioners read the most often.
It explains the practice's three principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance in
detail, including the different ways they can manifest in a practitioner's daily life.
New practitioners are encouraged to read the introductory volume Falun Gong first before
moving on to Zhuan Falun. ()
"If someone can't read Zhuan Falun all the way through without being sidetracked, it will be difficult
for him to pick up the book again. Why is that so? It's because people have thought karma. It's the
notions in one's mind that cause karma. When you read the book, the karma in your mind is being
eliminated. The karma is alive, and knows that you're eliminating it, so it starts trying to not let you
touch the book. Even when you have time, it will make you forget to read the book. It will do its best
to not let you have time to read the book. That is why many people no longer have time to continue
reading the book if they can't finish it the first time. The same goes with watching the tapes. If you
can't complete the whole set, it will seem hard to find time to watch more of them. Demons are
interfering. They don't let you have the time and they use all kinds of methods to not let you touch it
again. That's why this problem exists."
"When you read Zhuan Falun, read from the beginning to the end. If you can't finish today, pick up where
you left off tomorrow; if again you don't finish it, next time continue to read from the point where you
stopped previously. Read in this way, and don't be selective in your reading. What's worst is when
people read Zhuan Falun for the first time and evaluate the Fa with their human notions: 'Oh, it makes
good sense here. I have doubts about the things mentioned there.' Then he'll have read the entire book
for nothing—he'll gain nothing, what a pity! It's because this Fa is a solemn Law of Heaven. A human
being has no idea how much karma he has, or where his thoughts come from. Because he evaluates a Fa like
this with a human mind, he won't be able to see anything. Read the book without any preconceptions. You
can judge the book after you've finished reading it. Don't evaluate it during the process of your
reading."

Governing Law; Venue and Jurisdiction

provisions. The User hereby irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Province of
Ontario with respect to any matters of issue herein.
Arbitration
YOU AGREE THAT, EXCEPT AS MAY OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED IN REGARD TO SPECIFIC SERVICES ON THE DIGITAL
SERVICE IN ANY SPECIFIC TERMS APPLICABLE TO THOSE SERVICES, THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE FORUM AND REMEDY
FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES AND CLAIMS RELATING IN ANY WAY TO OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF USE OF
THE DIGITAL SERVICE (INCLUDING YOUR VISIT TO OR USE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICE) SHALL BE FINAL AND
BINDING ARBITRATION. Any arbitration shall be conducted in Toronto, in English, by a single
arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NO ARBITRATION OR CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS OF

(2) years after the cause of action arose.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Falun Dafa Canada, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of
their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners, and employees, harmless from and against any
loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees,
arising out of or in connection with any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any
third party.
Other
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Digital
Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the Digital
Service. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not
constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. If any provision of this
Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If
any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity
